1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onions

3 tbsp minced garlic

1 tbsp Cracker Boy Seasoning

1/2 tbsp oregano

3 tbsp basil

3 tbsp parsley

2 cups of 5 cheese mix (shredded)

3 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)

2 cups sour cream

3 large eggs

1 15 oz ricotta

1 can mushrooms (chopped)

2 extra large cans of crushed tomatoes

salt and pepper to desired liking

lasagna noodles (2 boxes)


brown your meat, onions, garlic, and Cracker Boy Seasoning until desired

cook noodles

mix 1/2 of spices (oregano, basil, parsley) and all other ingredients except tomoatoes in a bowl.

1 15 ounces of crushed tomoatoes goes in meat mixture after browning.

Lay noodles on baking pan, place cheese mixture on the noodles, then layer with meat mix, and then roll up.

In glass dish, spray with pam. Pour crushed tomatoes on bottom. Then place roll-ups in 2 rows. Sprinkle extra cheese and remaining spice mix on top.

Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
