1 lb Chicken Breast diced
1 lb All-Natural Italian Sausage ground
2 Cups Original Anything Sauce White BBQ
1 pkg fresh or frozen ravioli or tortellini, meat
or cheese to your preference
1 lb bag fresh or frozen spinach or mixed greens
(spinach, baby bok choy, baby kale)
1-8oz pkg sliced mushrooms, washed (Optional)
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp garlic (granulated ok, fresh is better)
Prepare ravioli per package instructions, don’t overcook, as they finish during baking.
In large skillet put 2 tbsp Original White BBQ Anything Sauce; brown Chicken and Sausage, add mushrooms if desired towards end, then drain and set aside in bowl.
Add 2 cups of Original White BBQ Anything Sauce, on medium heat, add Garlic, and then slowly add Parmesan cheese while stirring constantly to make Alfredo Sauce. Once thickened add spinach and sautee for a minute, then pull off of heat.
Layer in casserole dish:
Ravioli, then meat mixture, then sauce/spinach mix
Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees, then pull out and top with Mozzarella, broil to melt or bake another 15 minutes, or until cheese is beautiful golden brown.
Serve with sliced Italian bread, can be broiled with Original White BBQ Anything Sauce and Garlic instead of butter!
