1 1/2 Cups Brown (or White Long Grain)
Stuffed PeppersRice- cooked per package instructions
We like to use an automatic rice cooker as pictured
8 Green Peppers Washed and Cored
1 Med Onion Diced (Optional)
2 Lbs Lean Ground Beef
1-16oz Bottle Darn Good Anything Sauce
1/2 Cup Original White BBQ AnythingSauce
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Salt
1 Cup Sour Cream ( Grated Cheddar Cheese (Optional)
Cook Rice, while Browning Ground Beef with Onion, then drain beef and saute in 1/4 bottle Darn Good until Onion is clear.

Core Green Peppers with Filet Knife and clean out any seeds, place in casserole dish
Mix Cooked Rice, meat mixture, garlic powder and salt and 1 1/2 Cups Darn Good and 1/2 cup Original White BBQ Anything Sauces
Stuff Peppers with mixture and arrange in casserole dish
Cover and Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour:
Add optional Cheddar Cheese on top and mely under broiler watching to avoid burning

Serve with Butterless Garlic Bread! and with rest of Darn Good as condiment
