• 4 cups Cubed Chicken or 1 medium broasted chicken
  • 3/4 Cup Sliced toasted almonds
  • 1 Cup Grapes (sliced)
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream


Cook and cube chicken breast or pull meat from one broasted chicken and tear into small pieces.

Stir mayonnaise and sour cream together until well mixed. Mix other ingredients until well mixed and stir in mayonnaise and sour cream mixture. In the event mixture is a little dry, add mayonnaise and sour cream until desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate.

As a variation, nuts other than almonds may be used. Either chopped celery and/or celery salt may be added, if desired. Enjoy!
