How to smoke a roast by Dennis Smart Gourmet Ribs

Pick a roast: Deer, beef, etc.
Make a dry rub from your favorite seasonings:

Garlic powder
Paprika
Salt
Pepper
Onion salt
Your favorite dry spice

Cover your roast of choice with your homemade rub, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Using Hickory wood, smoke the roast 4 hrs. at 275 degrees.

And there it is…the best roast you’ll ever taste.
