3 large potatoes (I peel mine sometimes) sliced
2 cups of noodles uncookedPotato Noodle Casserole in process 1
1 large can of cream of mushroom soup
1 large carton of chicken broth 32 oz
1 stick butter
1 cup mozzarella cheese cut into cubes
1 cup cheddar cheese cut into cubes
1 cup sliced almonds
Salt and pepper to taste

 

Potato Noodle Casserole in process 2

Preheat oven to 350
Spray 9×13 glass dish
Mix soup, butter, and broth together and heat on stove until smooth, no need to boil
Lay noodles on bottom
Then sliced potatoes layer cubes of cheese
Pour mixture over the potatoes and noodles
Bake about 45 minutes or until golden brown
