This recipe will serve between 20-30 people and is great for    Baked beans
those days when you have the smoker filled with
butts,  chickens, ribs and brisket.
1 – 7lb can Bush’s Original Baked beans
2 – 18oz bottles of Sticky Fingers Carolina Sweet BBQ Sauce
1 – Red, yellow and orange bell pepper
5- Jalapeno peppers
2- Large sweet onions
2 – 14oz packages of Savannah Sausage Company’s Original
Recipe Smoked Sausage (6 Links)
1. Open can of beans and pour entire can into a large foil pan along with the two bottles of BBQ sauce.
2. Coarse chop all three bell peppers and onions and add to the pan.
3. Slice the jalapenos into rings with seeds intact and add to the pan.
4. Slice the sausage into 1/8” to 1/4″ slices and add to the pan.
5. With a large spoon mix all ingredients until everything looks evenly distributed in the pan. Cover pan with foil and place onto top rack of smoker. Leave beans covered on smoker at 250° for 4-6 hours. When you are ready to serve remove beans from smoker and give them a stir and enjoy.
