Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 table spoon water
- 1 lb nuts, 1/2 pecans or almonds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Mix egg white,water,cinnamon,salt, and sugar all together
- stir in nuts
- spread nuts on cookie sheet and bake 250 degrees for 1 hour turning every 15 minutes
