Fry in oil just like fried chicken.  remove and drain.  In your skillet leave enough oil to make gravy (about 4 T.)  Use some of your seasoned flour and make your paste.  Remove from heat add 1 package of powdered dry mix, we use stroganoff.  I like to use milk and then add a large can of cream of mushroom soup.  Stir until smooth.  Add your meat back into the gravy and let stand for about 30 minutes.  Sometimes I will add more milk if it is to thick.  We love this dish over wild rice or great over a baked potatoe.
