Guilt Free Chocolate Cake by: Carla Tucker
12 oz. Can of Sprite or Sprite Zero
1 Chocolate cake mix
1 Large Box of Sugar-Free-Fat Free
1 Large tub of fat free Cool Whip
Pour sprite into cake mix. Only use sprite. Blend on medium for about two minutes or until batter is smooth. Pour evenly into a 13″ x 9″ glass baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake according to the directions on cake mix box. In the meantime, prepare pudding according to directions on box using skim milk. Let cake cook completely. Layer with cake first the pudding mixture and then cool whip.
Top the cake with pecan pieces.
